TOPP is a non-profit organization run entirely by unpaid volunteers. Founded in 2005, the group has mobilized over $150,000 to help preserve history in and around Oviedo. We engage the community several times a year to highlight the progress we are making on our projects, and to enlist the assistance of members of the community in helping us make Oviedo's history come alive through its traditions. • Annual Living History Calendar (passed out the 2nd Saturday in December at the City's Annual Holiday Parade)

• Disclosures - Because TOPP has been recognized as a tax exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, many of our records must be available for viewing by the public. To facilitate this goal, we have put those disclosures online for easy access.
