Various provisions of state and federal statutes and regulations governing tax-exempt charities require the Foundation to disclose certain information to any person upon request. Other documents may be obtained by making application to the proper government official.

In the interest of promoting openness and responsibility in our community - especially in a sector which so heavily depends upon the public trust - the Board has elected to make any document subject to such request-disclosure provisions available through this website. From time to time, the Board may also use the page to provide other information that it thinks may be of interest to the general public.
